European leaders gathered in Brussels to talk about Copenhagen...They once again claimed leadership role in the fight against global warming. Yet, after all the rhetoric, they were still trying to come with a concrete number when it comes to aid to the developing world.

The Summit was also about the personal spat between Sarkozy and Gordon Brown, after Sarkozy had earlier called the British 'losers' following the appointment of a Frenchman to oversee Europe's banking.
