This one's for a friend of mine who loved this cover (The Clash being the original, as if you needed telling) but couldn't find it anywhere. It's been a while since my last Kirsty track but there's very little left to post and what is left I don't have! Rumour has it Union Square Music are releasing a 2-disc compilation with unheard bits, so keep your ears to the ground!
This is from a live show with Billy Bragg at London's Hackney Empire on 31st December 91. I got this from a Bragg fan's blog featuring an ungodly amount of live shows, but I got there by sheer fluke and can't find it again, so here's a highlight! She also sang a solo Fairytale Of New York, so I'll post that within the next couple of weeks if it's wanted. I left on Walking Down Madison for the sake of keeping a natural flow (you'll see what I mean when you hear it)
Enjoy!
God bless Kirsty!
