This was Emily last May when she was just learning to fly. Here she is practicing a bow & arrow, scorpion, arabesque, and heel stretch.

She doesn't typically walk around the house in makeup, but she was playing "beauty shop" with her friends and just hadn't washed it off yet.

@100ilovecheerleading Emily goes to CAC in Matthews, NC and this year she is on Frost, a JR 3 and is subbing on Violet, a JR 1. We are way too far from Stingrays, but she has a shirt from them and loves watching their routines!
