What a SHITY movie! I hate the novel, and I hate even more the movie. It is so hugely BORING and stupid. Horrible movie, if I wanted to see birds flying, I would have watched Animal Planet. Worst movie ever!

i read this book in one standing, having picked it off the shelf and just read it, all of it, while standing there. I later memorized it, in English and German....It was morning and the new sun sparkled gold across the ripples of a gentle sea....

I watched this...which is why I toss stuff out to the "gulls" on the Lake of the Ozarks in late October...one of them may be watching me...damn, Johnathan, I really did believe...I just wasn't man enough. Let "her" know, it was my fault. I will never forget...it was my fault. I loved you more than life itself, CJ. I just wasn't man enough.
