  • Mr Rogers You are a marketers dream customer........ They all want to be the leader but they are not all willing to go as far as you do to provide value to your customers! Keep up the great work..

  • @Ursalesguru Thanks guru, we've had a 100% performance guarantee in place for as long as we've been in business. If we didn't live up to and back the quality of our products and installations, we would have gone under a long time ago like many others. Glad customers are realizing the value of these things before it's too late.

  • can you come to Canada and install my patio doors?

  • @TakeSomeAdvice hahaha - I love Canada, but we service the Tidewater area of Virginia and metropolitan Charlotte, NC.

  • What is going to stop a thief from breaking the glass and then unlocking the deadbolt?

  • @unoitall Unfortunately if someone really wants to get in that way, they can. But it's more common for a thief to enter through a window or less conspicuous opening that won't be as noisy. On doors that have deadbolts there is always the option of a double cylinder, for which you need a key to open both sides. In that case, a thief can't just reach in and unlock it...

  • Have you seen the sliding Venetian Blind on the Patio Door?

  • If I were a robber and looking at that sliding door, attacking the lock would be the last thing I'd try how bout rock through the LARGE window.
