Audi A3 Nurburgring (full lap)

Rented an Audi A3, fwd with all season tires and a whopping 140hp.....sarcasm. But managed to pull a 9min39 lap, could have been a low 9min if it werent for the wreck I had to go around or traffic in a few spots.

Great driving

What kind of A3 is it? A 200hp tfsi or a S3?

And how does it feel like to pass in front of an A6 and then a Corvette (waow)?

It was the 140hp turbodiesel......quite embarassing for the Vette heh. Thats the great thing about the Nurburgring, you can be in a much slower car but win because your the better driver.

Most of the passes I didnt even think about other then the Vette. With him I saw that he left the inside open, so I took it.

I've got the same engine in mine (140hp quattro)...

I think that the Vette's driver didn't understand what happened... You took this inside so fast :o

This is why I tell people to practice on GT4 before they set foot on the Ring. I've done 1,000's of lap in GT4, and believe it or not, this video was only my 8th lap of the real thing. GT4 helps to learn the track so that you can get up to speed within only a few laps, which is saying a lot considering this is a 14 mile track.

Cool footage! Great driving and I love AUDI! I really didn't expect that GT4 could help you driving on the ring for real, I have to practice more in GT4.

I can't afford an A3, I just drive an old 80 B4 with the 10V 5 cylinder engine but I love it, although it's 16 years old =)

Forza 2's Nurburgring is horrible, not even remotely accurate and way way too easy. There is no camber on their track. The best version of the Nurburgring is on GT4 hands down.
