which is the main factor to have this flaw?, it was the motherboard's built between 1999 and 2000? or not to use a voltage regulator.

@maxtorprz If you search for Capacitor Plague, you can probably get a good explanation of what was going on. As far as the KZG, and the Nichicon HM/HN, they were simply defective for a short period.

@unixolsc Depends on what I'm doing. In my daily use PC I need it to be quiet, but on stuff I'm using for fun, I like hearing the HDD.

@teflondon91 Ya, I have a Patriot Wildfire in my main PC for holding the OS. Regular hard drives are so slow in comparison LOL.
