due to a skin condition i can't wear jeans at all :0 so can you make a video on how to style skirts shorts dresses in the winter ( i wear alot of bodycon skirts)

Where I live, we just got 9 inches of snow :P i have been wanting to wear heels all year long, and i heard that wearing a thick heel gives more stability. i also walk to school, and i dont wanna fall and bust my butt on the the way there! do you recommend heels like the ones in this video or some wedge boots???
