Ladder system * Round 1 -- 10 reps * Round 2 -- 9 reps * Round 3 -- 8 reps * Round 4 -- 7 reps * Round 5 -- 6 reps * Round 6 -- 5 reps * Round 7 -- 4 reps * Round 8 -- 3 reps * Round 9 -- 2 reps * Round 10 -- 1 rep
