  • LimePosicle Thanks for posting this song Otherwise I would never had been able to find it I can not undestand why it did not make the top 100 Its ironic you posted it some 7 months ago when my research started However I did not know its name at that time only part of the melody

  • @megat787 You're welcome! It was probably too good to chart in 1967. It was also a b-side.

  • @TheLimePopsicle Well sometimes the "B" side is as good or better than the "A" Remember Two People In the world/Tears on my pillow?

  • @megat787 Oh yes, I am well aware that b-sides were sometimes better than a-sides. :)

  • I had been looking for that song about 6 months ago and finally found it. I had even contacted The Angels through emails sent them a tune with my voice and they did not recognize it. (I have a lousy voice) I remember hearing it back in 1967 and the DJ said it was The Angels. You said you got the picture i a book but where did you get the music?

  • @megat787 I got the music from the b-side of the single it was released on. More info in the description box under the video.

  • @Lawgalnet Well it's close anyway! Thanks for confirming, it's often difficult to match a photo with every person who is on a recording, when a group is undergoing a period of personnel changes. I knew the photo was from the later '60's, so I used it.

  • Lawgalnet If you are the person(Name starts with D) I emailed back in may You responded that the Angels released 4 songs in 1967. What to do was among them. However there was no way for me to recognize it as I had forgotten the lyrics It was unfrotunate that the tune was not available. I sent an emal to Jiggs mentioning that I finally found the song I was looking for

    BTW It is So beautiful

  • I am the attorney for The Angels and it is them, although the photo is incorrect as it was performed by Barbara & Jiggs with Debbie Swisher, not Peggy.
