You captured what is great about the swedish summer really good. I'm sorry my english can't express how great this was.

btw, I see you passed Hudiksvall as well, the town i currently live in.

I recognised Uppsala and stockholm, did i see dannemora too? You should go to Tobo and Vendel next time too, Eric Sahlström was from tobo and viksta-lasse from vendel. hihi

Vendel has a really beautiful church, i was there today, listening to a swedish folkmusic-band called Anda (in english spirit) playing some folk-psalms. It was a long trip just over the day :)

Thanks for your comments and suggestions. Yes, you did see Dannemora. We did go to Tobo, but didn't get to Vendel. I can't wait to return and spend much more time there.

Tack ska du ha. My farmor told me many stories of growing up in Kjallsjo in Smaland. It is about six miles from Ljungby. I am old now and cannot go there. This video help my imaginings of Sweden.

I am currently in Boston, MA but was born and raised in Fagersta , Vastmanland which is an incredibly beautiful area to live in. Bergslagen uber alles! :)

Really nice photos, I admire them. You just got to love the Swedish summer, so many memories. However now it's just grey and gloomy as soon as you look out of the window.
