Really great, catchy chorus and I liked your vocal delivery. Has possible commercial possibilities. I could almost hear it on a Seals and Crofts or America record.
The "hello" thing in the first verse has really been overdone in pop by now and I would urge you to rewrite that verse.
Also, instead of "last night was so long," try "the night was so long." I think it would fit better rhythmically and add more atmospheric feel to the line.
