  • @ImSoWinnin same here but just eat alot lik 4-6 times a day, if you do that your body doesnt know where to pu it cuz its too much so it goes into your muscles making them bigger only if you lift 3-5 times a week.

  • Man this sucks I'm trying too beef up so I can lift 225, I weigh 135 and am only able to lift 185 5 times... ;[ whats a good way too gain healthy fat so that i can lift more so i truck harder in football season? I'm RB and run a 4.6 on 40m so im decent on speed just need weight...

  • @charlieroth21 do you know how to count weights? theres 2 plates on both sides plus a 45 lb bar lets see 90+90 = 180 180+45 = 225
