BOLT was asked by a few motorcyclists to help them with Officer Love in Vacaville, CA. The cop had been making some serious problems for riders in Vacaville, writing many helmet tickets, along with various other types of harrassment. Rights violations. We decided to jump in and get our own tickets, instead of just helping them with their court paperwork.

BOLT of California members Don Blanscet and Mark Temple rode to Vacavile to find the helmet ticket writing cop.
We easily found him.

All we were gonna do was go get helmet tickets but it turned into a confrontation with a cop that wanted to "take my helmet off."
Not gonna happen, officer. Not without a Warrant.

Police use intimidation and falsehood as leverage against you.
Many who have seen this video consider it a teaching tool. Could be right. Notice how the cops back off when they realize they can't fool you.

Educate yourselves. www.BOLTofCA.com

Now the fun starts, and we discover how many mistakes the cop new he was making, and how many mistakes he didn't know he was making.

  • Damn I want a follow up vid, what happened with the tickets?

  • Idk if any of you have ever had to deal with Vacaville police, but they suck. They try to be parents to the people of Vacaville and talk down to all of us, as for this officer my dad and i had a run in with him. Yea when a high school student cut my dad off in front of vhs a long time ago, my dad had to swerve to dodge it, officer love poped up and said he was going to write my dad a 200 dollar ticket for being 2inches over the yellow line. Police are good, vacaville police aren't.

  • You know, I'm all about maintaining your rights against bullying cops, but I seriously find it amusing that people would do so while wearing those ridiculous skull caps you call for a helmet.

  • "When they realize they can't fool you." You're obviously a fool for assuming they need a warrant for that. You're also a fool if you think you can survive a crash by wearing a thong on your head. You've obviously been to law school as well, if you know how to tell the police how to do their job, and understand their documentation more than they do. Go educate yourself, you hick.

  • So the cop goes from being a dickhead on a power trip to not wanting to help a citizen in just under ten minutes....no wonder people dont like pigs

"your gunna be going to jail" for something i dont have a warrent or reason to be asking for your helmut,

good thing the other pig was there to calm the situation, just a touch of class is all it took.

reminder for you rookies trying to get under the bosses desk....you dont know much about the streets..

  • @thebeast, Have you ever heard of any cop writing a ticket because the seatbelt you're wearing isn't the right color, or made of the right material? Of course not. That's one of the main differences in those 2 laws. Another is that you can't get an exemption from the helmet law, while the law allows medical exemptions from seatbelts (CVC 27315 (g)). But thanks for your uneducated try. Woot woot.

  • Woot woot go officer love get those dumbasses out of Vacaville. Wearing a helmet is just like a seatbelt just wear it

  • @cameron94000

If you do call the police, you want one that values your Constitutional Rights. Personally, I don't talk crap about them, I call out the behavior that is contrary to the job he swore an oath to do. The price of Liberty is eternal vigilance.

  • Your just jerks... You'll talk all this crap about them and then when you get in trouble at home or get into an accendent guess who is there...? The police!

  • Cop was a jerk actually. Typically Im with cops 90 percent of the time, but this cop was an ass.
