@R3ST0N These men were clearly trying to subdue someone who was resisting arrest. You don't have the right to resist arrest, innocent or guilty. You have to right to complain/sue/appeal any action they take, but when they tell you to do something you listen. When someone doesn't comply with being arrested is a police officer just supposed to let them go? How do you know this guy didn't just beat his wife or molest a child?

@WWII1stInfantry In some areas people dont call the police b/c its a crapshoot who will be arrested. Quite often the person calling gets arrested. I know it will boggle your mind to hear that but its true. Many many officers are good people doing their job. In large cities the number of ill intented officers grows.

@caseyjonas86 See the problem with that reasoning is that the human brain stops reasoning when air is ceased. Its why we thrash when drowning and why water boarding is torture. If hes being choked the natural life saving reaction is to thrash your arms in an attempt to gain air.
Simply poor police procedure here.

@Aggiesgigem I wouldnt call that talking. He was barely talking and you are correct. He was breathing. He was barely breathing. If someone is gasping for air in the ocean they are not drowning b/c they are gasping for air. Solid.
Suffocation is like a light switch, you either are or you are not. Suffocating the verb is a useless word. Suffocated or did not suffocate is all we need in the English language.

@GreatWhitePope Yea so he should go to jail b/c Im sure at some point he did something to somebody. We'll change the presumption of innocence to if you did something to somebody on someday then you go to jail.

Just because one police officer did something, they're ALL bad? Well over 200 officers die in the line of duty every year. So since one police officer doing something bad, and you think every cop should be punished, does that mean since 200 criminals killed 200 officers, we should start shooting every criminal in the face? Sounds fair to me.

@WWII1stInfantry You're correct. Hating all officers is not the solution. There are police who are fair and police who are unfair. This channel is about the criminals in uniform.
