More like kingdom, Joffrey, since pretty much everyone but the Lannisters has taken up arms against you. Even the neutral parties (Martells and Arryns) hate you.

It was in the book. Joffrey greeted Tyrion with "you?". And when Cersi greeted Tyrion the same way he says "I can see where the king gets his manners."

I don't remember a scene where Joffery and Tyrion spoke on his nameday but there is a part in Sansa's story where he mentions hearing about Viserys having gold pored onto his head so this scene is from the book.
