the very first episode of my exploration into online vegan cooking demos. i know it's not that great, but i want to branch off and have more episodes than this. vegan food can be hard to find but when you know how to cook you'll never have to scour labels or make special orders - you can just create at home. i want to show that vegan food isn't boring, gross, or difficult to make. i love food (as you can tell by my width) and i just want to share my passion. i hope you enjoy :)

Cornish pasties were made with a crimped edge too so that the miners could hold the pastie by it. That meant their dirty hands didn't get on the actual pastie (they threw the edge away)..
