@Bloxy123 Hitchcock was definitely a master of suspense whether he was attempting to make a horror film or not by tying into real life situations

@Bloxy123 in my personal opinion a good horror movie is meant to have a person on the edge of their seat with terror and suspense. A good horror movie should not tie into a real life situation, it should feature a monster or demonic force that will make people beg for the lights not to go down. LIke take saw for instance where are the monsters its technically about a serial killer which can be real but its more mystery if you look at it, now look at freddy he's a monster that terrifies millions

@skiwottntottn It's not supposed to be frightening. This is a suspense/mystery show. Personally I would rather watch something well written that makes you use your brain rather than watch most of these modern tacky blood and guts movies.

@Bloxy123 no it is suspense and creativity

the following is a reported ghost story by a man named patrick in 1990 "Our kitchen faucet leaked and dripped fairly noisily. I lay in bed, listening to the drip. It developed a steady rythym. Suddenly the rhythm changed. The drip sound itself changed in pitch, and the thing literally played a tune. I could write this off as having fallen asleep and dreamed this, but at that point debbiegroaned in disbelief and asked, 'was that Funeral March of the Marionettes?'" this song was played by a ghost!
Dude, you have no idea what horror is.
Horror isn't all blood and gore.
