This is the easiest and tastiest pie recipe I know. And perfect for the heat of summer!

Easy as Pie KeyLime (pie)
1 can - 14oz sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice in a pinch)
one graham cracker pie crust (or 6 little pie-lets)
whipped cream - optional for topping

1 Pre-heat oven to 300F
2. In a bowl wisk milk and eggs together until light yellow. add in the juice. stir until silky. pour mixture into crust.
3. bake for 15 minutes. remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes until placing in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
once cool top with whipped cream if desired.

  • @LukaIsntLuka ITS NOT GOOD TO EAT RAW EGGS POTOMAINE POISING

  • @donsell there are no raw eggs in this recipe. you bake these at 350 for 15 minutes. that cooks the egg.

  • Could you just whisk the ingredients together instead of blend? Will the outcome be the same?

  • @LukaIsntLuka there is something in the yolk called lecithin and that helps to bind everything together
