Well, you know, we did see what we saw. We don't live there but we also did a lot of poking around. A Meth clinic tells me the city like all cities has a drug problem and is taking care of it.

He has a very faint Maine accent. I used to live in So. Maine during my formative yrs, and our next door neighbor had that genuine thick Maine accent (ayyyep, can't get theyyah from heeyahh). If you want to hear a REALLY good Maine accent, the actor Fred Gwynne did a near-perfect one in the movie "Pet Sematary".

I'm glad you like that accent, as it really does evoke a sense of Americana :)

lol.. I live in Rockland Maine. I have not heard an accent like that hear. We don't sound like brits we just dont pronounce our "r's" as much as others.

Just to clarify Rockland,Maine is not like this I have lived here all my life and I have never seen any of this just to give a example when you first enter town the first building on you left is a methadone clinic which is like putting a sign up saying "Welcome to Rockland Maine we have a drug problem"
