I like the lil hip-wiggle thing he's got going on :D
-
@Vadergeek Please, do go on.
-
@almussalix Let's see... you've got Always the Moon, I'm Your Moon, When You Go, arguably Big Bad World One, Under The Pines in a way, I could go on.
-
@Vadergeek Is that all you got bitch?
-
@almussalix All of them? Are you saying that I Crush Everything and Space Doggity are upbeat?
-
@Vadergeek His songs are played up-beat even when they have angsty themes. He'll sing about something really emotional but he does it in a fun way, which gives it comedic irony, which makes people feel good. Stop being such a downer. You are the most 1337 joco fan Vandergeek. Nobody questions your supremacy. Truly you are the only one who rrreeally understands the poetic waxings of Jonathon Coulton. Forgive us.
-
@Vadergeek I guess his songs are "played positive" like this, and Betty and Me. But most of the themes are sad.
-
@InsideAnAsiansHouse Jonathan Coulton? Feelgood? Have you listened to... any JoCo song? The banter before Blue Sunny Day? The discussion about Paul & Storm's Live? In their words, the only happy songs he does are covers.

cudowna piosenka ;DD
I love when an audience knows exactly when to clap. Listen close, and you can hear the backup singers, too.

Jonathan Coulton's is just an all-around feelgood feeling; because of his vocal style... whenever I hear him, it just makes me want to cry (but you wouldn't hear me, cause it's loud with--).
