I never said that it's okay for a person under 21 to get drunk. AND IT DOESN'T MATTER if the "odds are high". PEOPLE SHOULDN'T RAPE OR STEAL. She shouldn't have to worry about being raped. I think she was with friends but she chose to stay with non-friends. Anyways, I agree, they should have not done that.

However, a person would have to be aware of an unsafe environment prior to any mind altering (in my opinion). Sober people get rapped, killed, and kill and rape. Now this person was supposedly with friends and most likely believed herself safe, therefore not responsible for what happened to her. Was her drinking irresponsible ABSOLUTELY and she should not have permitted herself to be so incapacitated. However, this does not mean others around her can take advantage of her and/or the situation.
