Drinking and smoking isn't great. If your life can be full-fulling enough enough without using mind altering substances such as alcohol or weed then that is best, but trying it isn't too bad. It all affects people differently, usually just allowing them to mellow out and everything seems good, however if your in a depressed mood then that makes you even more depressed.
