About the Author:

Patrick Blount has over twenty years experience in loan sales management is currently the President and CEO of Benewolf, LLC . From 2002-2007 Pat served as Managing Director of Loan Sales for The Debt Exchange ; from 2000-2002 as an Acquisition Specialist for Security National Servicing Corporation , from 1994-2000 as Partner and Managing Director of The NPA Group (a loan sale advisory firm), and for 2 years as Senior Vice President of Koll-Dove (loan sale advisors).

Pat began his career as a licensed real estate broker in Houston, Texas in 1975 and prior to focusing on the loan industry, he was President and CEO of a firm which specialized in real-estate partnerships and resort hotel financing. Pat founded Benewolf in February of 2007, and has established the company as a nationally-recognized leader in the loan sales industry.

Since 2004, Pat has served on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Chapter of Risk Management Association (RMA) and is the currently membership chairperson;

He is also the 2010 President of the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and;

He is the Chairman and Executive Director of the Tyler Blount Memorial Foundation. Pat is a nationally recognized speaker on the subject of loan sales, asset valuations and distressed debt.

•The West Coast Distressed Debt Conference in Los Angeles California 2008;
•Distressed Real Estate - West in Huntington Beach, California 2008;

•Pat was recruited by the Florida Bankers Association to develop and moderate a series of conferences on loan sales that were held in 2009 in Orlando and Miami;

•Keynote speaker at the South Florida Banking Institute 2009 Banker of the Year Awards Dinner in Miami, FL in March 2009;
•Featured speaker at TMAs 2009 Spring Conference in Chicago;
