I rode this tail of the Dragon for the first time going up all the way, and they told us it was harder coming down; All I know it was FUN! I had my 23' ape hangers with my white seat in the wind!!! I waved at all the people who were taking the pictures! Now they sent me an e-mail telling me my pictures were ready to veiw! Go to notifications@killboy.com they are under 9-17-11 Sat time 2p.m.-4-p.m. Photo 389 of 1179 is the best picture. also 384 0f 1179 382 ,387, and 388 of 1179

People get KILLED on this road because bikers think it is a recreational area.

It's a great video - much better visibility than the low-mounted cameras even if the camera on your head looked a bit silly :)

Just wondering about your technique (no offence - I'm no expert) - you're not using vanishing point analysis and positioning yourself accordingly i.e. you're dipping towards the middle of the road on left hand bends, and towards the gravel edge when doing right hand bends. That closes down visibility so you really can't go as fast, because you can't stop safely due to seeing even less of what's ahead.

JamieWireless,I am by no means a great rider. Every rider I have ever followed and all of the advice I have been given tells me to wait till the last moment, then throw the bike over and take the corner all the way in hitting the apex allowing yourself to throttle out hard. If you stay on the outside then you can not roll back on the throttle as hard when you are coming out of the turn because you have no where to let the bike go( yellow lines). I take no offense to any thing you mentioned.
