  • This is GENIUS!! I work with developmentally disabled adults, and they love their Knifty Knitters, but working with the yarn can be frustrating if you're not that dexterous. The straw/pen is just brilliant! Thank you!

  • These are wonderful ideas! I'm actually going to be using my loom for the first time tonight. I bought this because I have problems with my right hand when I'm knitting using knitting needles, so I'm sure the straw and pencil grip will also help. :)

  • I love this helpful idea. I did use a straw at first and then decided to use one-half of a retractable ballpoint pen (the lower half) to wrap my loom the same way shown. The pen was much stronger - I kept mashing the straw. I can't mash the pen! Thx so much for this extremely helpful tip!
