Sam, I love this rant, but it also makes me sad that a young man of your talents is stuck doing stuff like customer service for nimrods who are all jacked up and angry and just waiting for someone to yell at, and it's got to be you. Very sad for you. But everyone has to endure crappy jobs from time to time. Mine included crackheads pointing guns at me, so I dropped that one after the police shootout ensued. At least your less than optimal job is not a danger to your immediate well being.
