Lestat's recitative

This is me playing a bit of the above on the harpsichord.(school's harpsichord)..Once again I don't have sheet music for this..it's just my version of what's in the movie..enjoy

Ah right, what exactly IS a harspicord? I've .. never heard of one till now? I assume it's similar to a piano?

it's the predecessor of the piano. Instead of the strings being hit with a hammer(piano) they are plucked. It was widely used in the Renaissance and Baroque periods

Ah so no keys. So basically it's a superior version of the harp?

there are keys just like a piano, but when the key is pressed, a string(s) is plucked instead of hammered
