JKD Street Fighting Interceptions

Training on interceptions the Straight Lead punch with contact and the Stop kick. My training partners first time working on these techniques with contact, he needs to use his hips and leg and penetrate more but he is still learning how to use his body, but his interception timing and foot work is good though, this is not sparring, just a drill for him to work on his timing on a moving opponent, rather then hitting a bag on this day.

@MrJaysonSanchez Wow lol first off for the 100th time this vid is not about me, im just the aggressor with the helmet on giving my partner a moving object instead of stationary to train, also reading books only gives you knowledge have you ever trained with an actual instructor at all in person? i noticed you said watching movies? that alone tells me you hardly know what your talking about, you also said Tae Kwondo? isnt that classical mess Bruce was talking about? so whos dishonering Bruce?

I am not a professional but i have dedicated a lot my life watching and reading all Bruce lee's books and movies, and honestly i don't know what you are trying to acheive. That guy is not at all intercepting your punches or "love taps" as i may add,your dishonoring bruce's art of Jeet Kune do,you should be ashamed.Like Bruce once said,"Be formless,shapeless now if you put water into a cup it becomes the cup,water can floe or crash creep or drip,be water my friend". RIP Bruce Lee..enough said.

intercetion is a good defence but the problem in this vedeo they train in a friendly way in a strret fight nobody going to hit you with a freindly way they need to train a intercetion hit against a agressive opponent
