The awesome Joe Cocker...just great! I have his latest CD (Hard Knocks) which is full of new songs, except for one cover. Some of us have been around long enough to understand that the title relates to JC. The album is amazing and fantabulous! Thanks for the video; enjoyed it!

I'm still in love with Joe! Time takes a toll on a human, but he is still up there and delivering the songs! Love it!

@angelboychanman I agree with your comments on Up Where we Belong, but I think his vocal on You ar So Beautiful are really moving. Also, check out the YouTube vid on his live performance of Every Kind of People. It's great.

Joe Cocker is so soulful! He could be my Dad age wise... I'd still have his babies :)

@samwedel Although i think Cocker is awesome, that list also said that Tom Waits is a better singer than him...so that kind of diminishes the validity of the list. Cocker has one of those original raspy emotional voices that can't be matched. Waits is just a white Louie Armstrong wanna be. F.U. Rolling Stones.
Joe Cocker is an underrated R and B singer. One of the best. His phrasing and rhythm are the tops. If you throw out the songs like Up Where We Belong and You Are So Beautiful, and if you don't have to look at his spastic movements on stage, good God almighty, you can't help but see that the man has a feel for soul like nobody's business.
