Goblet Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat (aka Bulgarian Split Squats) 120x21. This is great way to teach proper form for the RFESS while building great unilateral leg strength, balance, and core strength.

I can true ATG 450lbs and I can't do more than 15 of these loaded with 60lbs.
Why don't you give them a shot and tell me if you still think they're dumb. Knee to the floor every rep. I doubt you'll be able to walk the next morning.

why don't you put a bar on your back and really jack up the weight? Doing it goblet style isn't maximally overloading the leg, which I'm assuming is the point, that you want to get stronger...
