I like how you don't mask anything about japan. You are straight forward about it and that's cool.

The new camera has a nice picture quality.

So is thay the common job for Americans when they go to Japan? Teach English?

I really wonder, how can you afford to live in Japan when you're working as an English teacher and have to pay 1200$ a month in rent? Isn't about time to purchase a house?

Good video and smart comments.
I don't typically comment on videos but, Life in Japan is a soft spot for me. Having lived there a few years ago, being back in America for about 5 years I"m still in contact with friends and have even been back for visits. I'm just wondering when I"m moving back.
What is your experience with friends that have left Japan and are thinking about returning ? Do you know folks that have returned and how are they doing ??
Thanks again !

@TrueIntuition i do still keep in contact with some who left. as you may know i came over during the big nova crash so i lost loads of friends. it sucked because we use to have some really great nights out here and now i have really only one gaijin friend. almost everyone i know who has left regrets leaving. although a few didnt make it past a month or even a week and abhor japan.

Seriously one of the best realistic and informative video I've watched about coming to Japan. I myself had the idea of going to Japan to teach english or french after my Japanese studies (in two years) and that gives me very good info ~ Thank you very much for these JFAQ videos. I subscribe ! \m/
