Teriyaki chicken burger is popular in Japan. Most fast food burger chains have it. You can use pre-shaped chicken patties and teriyaki sauce in a bottle too. You can use beef too. テリヤキチキンバーガーのレシピです。アメリカのマクドナルドやその他のバーガーチェーンではテリヤキバーガーは無いので、新鮮に映るようです。

Substitute for Sake = White Wine
Substitute for Mirin = White Wine + honey or sugar (mirin is very sweet like candy)
Non-Alcoholic substitute for sake or mirin = apple jusice.

I don't have Sake, so is there anything I can use that could be a substitute? Or is it Okay without sake? :)

Added to my favorites. I will use mustard, instead of mayo when I try this.

In Texas, mustard is preferred. Looks great though!
