Replacing Songs In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 For iOS

I recently got THPS2 for my iPod touch, but I was disappointed with the music that they put in. I decided to try and figure out what could be done. So I extracted the app and found that the mp3s are fully replaceable (and also you can extract them and listen to the originally included songs as well). So I replaced the songs, packed it up and installed it to my iPod and everything worked perfectly. After that the intro video still bugged me, so i recorded the audio from the original (PS1) intro and put it over the video and then saved a new video. Then I had to convert the video to the same format as the original (480x280x24 m4v) but it also works when replaced as you can see.
Also, if you have a jailbroken iDevice, you can SSH into it to replace the files if THPS2 is already installed. Just go to /private/var/mobile/Applications/ and find which one is THPS2.

Didn't work whatsoever... waste of time. i did the whole thing and it just went back to normal gay music. i'm sure i either did something wrong, my ipod isn't jailbroken or my ipod has been updated to 4.2... anyway, whoever made the game for ipod touch/ iphone has got really shit taste in music.

@Finchy1997 It does work if you do it right. Your iPod does have to be jailbroken. If you don't have Cydia then it's not jailbroken. Since it "went back to normal gay music" I assume you tried to sync the unmodified IPA file.

@mrmaxjr12 yeah it's possible. Just SSH into your iPod and find the folders. But you shouldn't pirate apps; Buy them legally!

I just tried this on my iPhone 4, it didn't work, it all seemed to go fine, but when i tried to add it back on the iphone, it said THPS resources have been modified and it won't copy onto the device, it's a shame because the songs it comes with are fucking shit
