  • It looks really cold where you are lol!

  • Ha you would be correct, it is quite chilly!

  • congrats on the loss! you're doing awesome. It was all cold and snowy where I live this weekend too... terrible!

  • Thank you! Yeah I can't believe the cold is here already, it makes it that much harder for me to run outside lol. I guess I will have to just toughen up and brave the cold till next summer!

  • 4 pounds!! And you had a bad week?? MEN SUCK! ahaha - nah, just kidding. Awesome. Beer on top of a cabin? Sounds awesome.

  • Well it wasn't a bad week, I just didn't eat as healthy as I usually do. But I have been running almost every day and so that's why I continue to lose I think! Thanks for the comment.

  • Thank you!

  • Yeah that's probably what it is from then, because I do all my running on a concrete/blacktop bike path. Maybe I will try to find another spot. Thanks for letting me know!

  • Nice job, congratz on the 4lbs! Have a great week

  • the shin splints can occur from running too much on concrete or asphalt due to the hard surface
