This is for SURE a alfa V6 engine according to the sound !!! But time 18.5sec in acceleration from 100-200 km/h is much more quicker than a time of the stock 2.5 V6 ! The 156 GTA is NOT in 100-200km/h acceleration as quick as this or very similar ! This must be tuned or swapped engine or just taken on a downhill highway.

Fake ?? that`s a Alfa V6 24 sound and a TACHOMETER from a 2,0TS . Some v6 24v running 230km/h , but that is not the end of Power . Some vehicle running 240km/h ...250km/h .

oil is 10w/60 best , for germany weather . racing stuff oil .

@louisluigi Great news, thanks for the reply, look forward to happy days with the alfa v6! I love giving it some power when I'm close to walls haha, makes such a great noise. What oil do you use out of interest? 10 x 40 is the normal recommended...but I heard on the older engines it's good to change to 5 x 40 I think it was? This is because I'm getting a bit of tappety noise on start up for 20-30 seconds...until the oil manages to get properly into the piston heads...

@fewleh don't worry about the v6 engine, if you maintain it well it's a very reliable engine. Mine 2.5 has done 265.000km and running very good. Oil consumption is about 1 to 3000 and still reaches a max speed of 235 km/h (gps).
