A press up with your feet raised on an object will make things harder and put more emphasis on the front deltoids (shoulders) and upper chest area. Its similar to doing an incline bench press at the gym as opposed to a flat one.
1) Place your hands on the ground in a press up position and place your feet on a raised object.
2) The higher the object the harder you will find it.
3) Keeping your body straight and tummy held tight push up and straighten your arms.
4) Lower back down until your nose is close to the floor.
5) Do not let your lower back sag down.
