What are you talking about? Of course I don't find killing indigenous people justifiable. No, my father was not white, he was Mexican and Pakistani. What do you mean race goes by your father's lineage? That's just silly. Race is a false construct designed to keep people fighting with each other over meaningless phenotypic variences. Stop drinking the purple KoolAid and try thinking for yourself. Race is made up. We are all way more similar than we are different.

I also love the dancing. Around the 8 minute mark we see a guy doing what I looks like being 'blown away'. Is that crumping? Does the dance have a name? Is that move common or did that guy just think it up on the spot?
It is an excellent example of the healing power of dance, of the arts. Catharsis. Movement transforms. People have taken the tragedy of the storm and are working through it, moving on, by acting out parts of it in dance. Bravo.

I don't think its actualy crumping, I just used that as a generic term for hip hop dancing and know little about the subject; blown away makes sense. I have to say after seeing this, it might be time to pony up for DDRevolution and try to learn a move or two. I wish I would have had a good camera to catch the whole dance sceen. It was truely amazing.

Comments from the film maker. If you have never been to Mardi Gras in New Orleans you can't appreciate the gravity of the nonsense. The "crumping" scene went on for about half an hour when the parade got stuck in front of us. The 64 thousand dollar question now is the FQ. Am I too old to head into the madness for some amazing new footage, the fun of it fizzled about the time the big one came, well its still a little fun.
