Watching Stuart fighting here makes me wanna go back to Paragongym and learn more from him with Hazel and Lydia and others. Great memories.

Sorry if the hopping kicks performed in the gym footage were misinterpreted. Their main purpose was to help develop leg conditioning but I respect all comments made.
Respect to Mr Mcowan a Warrior with class who I once had the honour of sharing the ring with!

Perdeep11:I agree that those kicks wouldn't be practical in the octagon, but they are more than a formidable weapon In the kickboxing ring.
It takes years of hard work and effort by a fighter to reach the top of their discipline. Some of us have already been to the top. Maybe you'll get there too one day?
