In this video I detail some quick tests and some not-so-quick fixes.

A dirty or stuck injector is not usually a fatal problem for the part. You can clean injectors yourself with a little ingenuity, or use an injector cleaning service. With the method I'm using, you won't get a sheet that measures how much fluid is flowing, but if you use the right solvent you can at least remove whatever is blocking it so that it can flow like it did when it was new.

So the journey begins.

  • Can you change the lightbulb with an LED light? requires less voltage right?

  • @mV33rs Remember that the D in LED is diode. It only lets voltage go one way. So if ground is on the wrong side of the poles, no worky. But yeah, absolutely it takes less voltage and I thought that one through! There's a simple solution for that which I refuse to deprive you the joy of resolving. Hint: It just requires twice as much to build.

  • awesome videos... but I got caught at work watching your videos and I was late to pickup my girlfriend... my boss was okay with it but looks like I'm gonna have to get rid of the girl!

  • @promotosport1 LOL! Thank you I needed that this morning!

  • Very funny, about the van parked across the street. You can bet they watched a few of your videos, then rolled their eyes and hopefully moved on to bigger fish. Problem is, they might not have.

  • @spelunkerd Just wait until I plumb the hard-lines for my air compressor. They're really gonna flip!

  • @Jafromobile just go get you some resistors and as was said before only one way travel , the wide large leg is +. P.S. 99% of led will use 3 to 5 v dc to much will over heat it and cause the led to come unsoldered from base inside (will burn it out)

  • I gota take off my intake manifold to remove my fuel rail :(

  • how much pressure would be required to damage an injector?.

glad i have 139 vids to go, should be fun and economical too.

  • You like need a lathe man! But your vids are dlux! These work on a Talon Tsi, correct?

  • thought I had a dead injector, pulled the plug wires, found the dead cylinder. swapped the injector I thought was bad with a good cylinder injector. was just a dead spark plug LoL

  • neat video production

  • Don't know what the hell this video was for because I'm not that far into the engine bay yet... But it was so badass.
