Because they wanted to move away from the punk sound of there first album, but the fans were really still after punk so they decided to reform under a different name with more of a jazz feel and leave the punk behind them. They were fucking amazing they should have been massive second album got good reviews, but it wasn't promoted properly because there label was disbanded thanks to Virgin the parent company.
