They should be making adverts that tell children not to jump out into the road like suicidal lemmings, not ordering drivers to pootle along at no more than 30 mph on any road within a half mile of schools and houses. Today I was behind some old codger doing about 28 mph and to be honest that's crawling speed for a car.
