Just think of it this way, Jim wouldnt be anything without The Doors, and The Doors arent even a band without Jim. So the two both kind of coincide. Theyre all contributed to one piece of art. Its a collective, Jim's poetry, and the bands music.

This is so, i dont know... It give's the listener everything he does not want to hear or see. It's sadness combined with something mysterious and in those depressing moments, this music kinda heals me with it's sadness and i show's me that it can be even worse.
