In prison if you sagged your pants it was a sign to other inmates that your ready and willing for some lovin. My cousin went to prison and before the fact he always sagged his pants after he got out he doesn't do it any more and when ever he sees his little brothers do it he tells them to pull their pants up and tells them to buy a belt.

actually sagging had nothing to do with homosexuality. in prison it came about because inmates werent allowed to wear belts cause they were used as weapons, or to commit suicide. old farts. who gives a fuck if someone sags. girls show there tits and thongs so who gives a fuck if someone can see my ass. i dont like wearing my pants up above my waist it feels like my junk is tangled in ropes. i dont wear my pants to the floor but i sag a bit. its comfortable to me. personal prefence. suck it.
