I can't think of any profession that mimics the strength, conditioning, and agility requirements of primal humans quite like the fire fighter.

At a moments notice we must be strong, quick, and well conditioned for the job.

Perform this circuit 3x a week for a leaner stronger build.

(yeah..I apparently can't spell..."push ups" not "puch ups."
