Here we go again. I got a lot of questions about this non-fixated lift or whatever you want to call it, the first time I tried. My friend and World Champions Fedor Fuglev calls it the "Heil Hitler" Snatch, but anyway, it's not a Snatch. I try again. I want to give you tips how to get better results and increase your condition. Strategy this time for me was to switch hands every 50 reps to decrease wasted time. But of course you have to prepare for this with better conditioning exercise. Better still would be to switch hands just one time, but then you must be in even better condition, stronger, more endurance, mind stronger etc.

Really I do not suggest you try this form of exercise or choice. it's really a poor example of lifting a kettlebell. Dangerous. Injurious. Less beneficial than doing it the right way. Better to go heavier but do full reps with full lockout and fixation. Or you could go 20 minutes and still fixate, still get full lockout. Doing this you get condition and strength, but you also get better joints, stronger tendons, become more resilient and actually increase athleticism not hinder it. Overall it's healthier to pay attention to these things.

  • wow that was extremely impressive. At the end it seems you switched over to a 4 count breathing technique... were you doing this the whole time, or did it happen when you got tired?

  • I want that t-shirt

  • That reminds me of old Chinese documentaries on monks training locks. Cool, never saw a girevik do that style.
