@tearlly Makina Hoshimura and her family were brutally murdered by a group of Shikabane. Reanimated by her intense desire for revenge, she was quickly found by the Kogon Sect, a Buddhist sect in charge of hunting and killing Shikabane. Seeing promise in Makina, they turned her into a Shikabane Hime. The anime follows her exploits in hunting and killing Shikabane.
