Do you think the dog can't see you because it's dark outside? No wonder he's barking when you're shining a flashlight at him and hiding in the bushes outside of his fence.

If I were the owner I would be happy that my dog noticed a peeping tom outside my fence.

You sure are a lot of help. Maybe you're the one with the IQ of a dog. Did you know that lots of videos on youtube get pulled for copyright infringement? That does not make one an idiot.

However, repeatedly responding to a video and suggesting that the creator is crazy, or responsible for the dog barking- that makes YOU the idiot.

If you're so smart you should understand that there are laws about nuisance barking for a reason.

@greenlightbandit Were you ever able to get them to quite their dog? How did it go?

I'm going through the same thing except it's an aggressive Pit Bull with a much louder and piercing bark. I love animals,but this is so offensive and I'm spellbound by the lac oif courtesy by my neighbors.

I'm to the point of offering to buy them a shock collar,but something tells me they will blow me off.

How about a recorder that continually plays back what it hears, extra loud through large speakers?

Dog shuts up, things stay quiet. Dog goes nuts, and it'll be like WWIII.
