How to: Basics for Gmarket Korean Online Store

I decided to make this video because a number people have messaged me regarding exactly how to use gmarket (I am focusing on the english ver of gmarket for people who do not read korean). This video tells the basics you will need to know to actually shop for clothing, accessories, and shoes on gmarket.

Yes, I know the English ver of Gmarket is in English. However, there are still some parts quite confusing for a number of people. Also, there are still some parts in korean.

I did this video my whole weekend and my voice in some parts are a bit softer since I was tired (also I recored it in different times of day).

Also sorry if this video seems rush, it is because I was limited on time (my imovie wouldn't upload videos that are longer than 10mins T___T).

Flashing PICTURES !!? = This actually really helpful in deciding if you want to look at the shop since the pictures show you what the shop has.
However, if you can't stand it you can just click Stop Pics on the right.

I recommend doing a group order when you are not ordering a lot of items. So you can just spilt the shipping among the group. (Best way to save money!)

To remember the name of the item I recommend getting a notebook/paper and copying the korean writing down so you can refer back to it when you are selecting the item in the drop down menu.

Measurements are usually in centimeters (cm). So, if you need to google a converter. Also you can find the translations of measurements on the right side as well under Play/Stop Pics it is labeled Size Info. However, I still put some of the measurements you need to know below.

Translations: Korean - English

Tops/Dresses/Outerwear (T-shirts, blouses, Blazers,etc)
억깨 - Shoulder
팔길이 - Arm
가슴둘레 - Chest
길이 -- Length

Bottoms (Pants, Skirts, Jeans, etc)
허리둘레 - Waist
힙둘레 - Hips
밑위 - Rise
허벅지 - Thigh
총장- General

Color: (this is not the full list of all the colors available)
블랙 - Black
화이트 -- White
아아부리 - Ivory
베이지 -- Beige
크림 - Cream
네이비 -- Navy
블루 - Blue
레드 -- Red
그린 - Green
핑크 -- Pink
퍼플 - Purple
브라운 - Brown
오렌지 - Orange
옐로우 -- Yellow
민트 -- Mint

if i want to buy from 5 different sellers, do i have to pay 5 different shipping price or do i just pay one price for the warehouse to sent it to me?

@ItsABeautifulDay123 You buy the estimated shipping cost of all the items. The shipping depends on the weight of all the items. Once all the items are shipped to the warehouse they will give you the exact cost of shipping and may refund or you will need to pay more for it.

This video really helped a lot! I have a question; When I'm looking at the size of these high wasted shorts why is the waist 60-70 but the hips 90-100... Those are really huge hips 0_0

@JourneyInJapan You just have to make sure the name of the products fit the name in your cart. It will show the same thumbnail for all of your items if you are buying from the same shop. And if you can't find an item you want it usually means it is out of stock.
