Inspired by the book, Laundry, this short film, this is a small study of two 30-year-old best friends trying to get over their well-worn, broken hearts.
Arthur can't get over Maggie, and Frank can't stop messing around with Lucy. But when off-beat Stevie wanders into Arthur's world, it is time to start evaluating all that is holding them both back.

Really Good Film. The dialogue felt real; the story was easy to relate to; the music was well chosen and meshed with the scenes. I thought all of the performances were good. The gentleman from the laundromat probably gave the best performance (maybe because he had the biggest role). Rosamund Hanson has this quality of being disarming when she speaks. She really puts people at ease. I'm interested to see what else you have made and are making after watching this.
